“This company is easily the best company to choose for any sort of vehicle mats! I got myself some mats to celebrate having my car for a year but I made a mistake on my embroidery, it was entirely my fault and I hadn't noticed until the mats arrived. I spoke with Chris through their customer service and he rectified it perfectly and really quick too, I noticed on the Saturday and by Thursday (5 days!!!) I had the replacement mat sent to me at no extra cost. Their customer service is easily some of the best I've seen from any company I've used recently. I absolutely will be ordering from here again when I find someone else I can buy some car mats for. Thank you so much!!!!”

Hi, Thank you for ordering from us. We have 3 mat options for this model and list the clip spacing locations on all 3 listings, so you have likely ordered the wrong mats. Please reply to my email so we can confirm which mats are required and get them replaced for you. We were unaware of the issue until we saw this review. We do include a delivery note with the mats with detailed instructions on what to do if there are any issues. Kind regards, Chris.

“Good fitment. I did enquire about the mats not having fixtures to fit the oe mountings, I was assured they would not move. I’ve driven nearly 1000 miles & they have stayed in the same position even without the Velcro supplied. Very thick comfortable mats.”
