“I found the ordering process very straightforward with lots of choice of material, trim and colours and, for those who want it, various other options to personalise the mats. Communications about progress with the order and the delivery were excellent. The whole process took a mere 7 days from ordering to delivery. On a previous order for mats for an Elroq, I had some queries which Chris was exceptionally quick to resolve, again with very prompt and clear communications. Overall, a very good experience.”

Hi Stuart, I'm sorry about that - It sounds like the mat clip may have been damaged in transit. Rare for this to happen, but it crops up occasionally. I've replied to your other message and have arranged to post some replacement clips to you. These are in 2 pieces and click together through the hole in the mat. We always sort out any issues with orders, no matter how minor, and include our contact details on the delivery note sent with every order. On arrival the mats are of good quality and the reinforced drivers heal was fairly thick so hopefully wont wear as quickly as the cheap mats(Purchashed elsewhere).The mats looked good and fitted exactly to the two front foot wells. Overall very happy and will buy again.”
