“I've been using Vapour for years, and on the whole, their products and services have been very good. I have had a few minor issues with product quality but those issues have always been dealt with promptly. My only gripe is their website - the checkout process is the opposite of user-friendly, and involves SEVEN different stages - I've completed video games in less time! I've recently taken to using another supplier as I can't stand the painstaking checkout process on the Vapour website. If Vapour are reading this, I'd strongly recommend you get your web designer to re-work the checkout process - most websites I use regularly, I can checkout with just TWO clicks. Trust me, it matters.”

“The ordering and delivery were fast and efficient. I have yet to use this particular order of cigalikes, but have been very disappointed with the previous 3 orders, all of which contained 3 or more which were totally dud (which actually makes them quite expensive!) Am hoping for better this time...”
