“Ordering is hassle free and delivery is prompt. On the one occasion I had a problem it was sorted immediately on the phone. as the saying goes "it does what it says on the tin" Excellent company to do business with.”

“Very good service. When voucher codes are difficult to apply friendly staff at call centre sort things out. Delivery is on time but sometimes delivery company does not knock loud enough or just walks away when you answer the door if they have already left a ticket saying package is at a neighbours. It would be more polite to come back if they hear you calling them but they don't.”

“I've been a customer of Vapourlites, which then became Vapour.com, for a number of years and their products have always been of consistent high quality with really fast delivery. Add to that their super monthly discounts and I've never thought of going anywhere else. Vapour.com is terrific !”

“Never had a problem with delivery until last week ! I received a call from a lady 30 miles from me to say a parcel had been delivered to her address. I had already reported to Customer care that I had not received my delivery and did not sign for it . After a day or two Customer care despatched a new order . I received a call from the same lady that now she had two parcels delivered to her house. I do not know this lady but she had my Name Address and telephone number !!!! She very kindly returned the parcels to DPD and the next day I received one parcel . This was a week later . I don't know where the second package went but I hope it was returned to yourselves otherwise God knows who has my details now #disappointed”
