“Very good service for speed and delivery. Very good for people who know these products. Less good if you're starting out and wonder what goes with what as the information is scant. In fairness to vape, a lack of instructions and product specs seems common across the industry. In all other respects vape is useful and I've been a customer who keeps returning.”

“Three weeks ago the 0mg nicotine menthol e-liquid was out of stock. When I enquired when it would be available I was advised 2 weeks and the problem was caused by suppliers moving premises. Still waiting for supplies to be available three weeks later.”

“Customer service with a personal touch. I remember starting out in sales and been a junior executive in a multinational, the chief executive had a Latin sign on his wall, intrigued I asked what it said. I was told it said "The bitter taste of failure lasts longer on the lips than the sweet taste of success". He explained customers will always remember your occasional failings and not your countless successes. His philosophy was we don't do problems, only solutions. Vapour excel in this ethos. 10/10”
