“Would have got very good if it wasn't a big issue with chargers. I now have 10 useless ones and 2 good ones. Have tried to re order 2 more but surprise out of stock on my last order when I could have got 25 percent off. Other than that very good web site and excellent delivery.”

“A very good and reliable service that's worth signing up to for offers. Own brand items exude quality with their packaging - although the packaging feels excessive in these times. On the minus side it is hard to find information both on what goes with what as well as instructions on how to use anything. For example I failed to find instructions on setting up the Nato tank or battery charging. If anything, the instructions are too general and lacking. That's lazy.”

“I've been using Vapour for years, and on the whole, their products and services have been very good. I have had a few minor issues with product quality but those issues have always been dealt with promptly. My only gripe is their website - the checkout process is the opposite of user-friendly, and involves SEVEN different stages - I've completed video games in less time! I've recently taken to using another supplier as I can't stand the painstaking checkout process on the Vapour website. If Vapour are reading this, I'd strongly recommend you get your web designer to re-work the checkout process - most websites I use regularly, I can checkout with just TWO clicks. Trust me, it matters.”

“I am very satisfied with Vapourlites. Five years ago I had to give up smoking after being diagnosed with throat cancer, using Vapourlites has been a god send. Delivery is always prompt and the discounts are extremely welcome.”

“Been using you guys for a good few years now and the service is excellent, the products are good quality and the pricing is fair considering no p&p is charged. Only moan is you seem to be reducing the number and type of stock held such as standalone batteries and coils. Also the website says stock available sometimes until you actually try and order the products. Otherwise I'd have given you 5 stars.”

“My only feedback is when you are out of stock you fail to inform when it’s in stock therefore unable to take advantage of promotion codes. Wish emails went to my emails and not promotions too as the offers get lost with advertising emails.”
