“Any time that I have ordered anything it has always arrived quickly and undamaged. Use of the web site is very easy and can usually find what I require quickly . The money off vouchers are always useful!!”

“Always impressed with the super fast free delivery. The quality of the product outweighs all others I've tried - it is superior and refined and the flavours are excellent, subtle and realistic, thus giving satisfaction that you're inhaling decent stuff :) My only tiny cirticism is when buying various flavours, after adding one to your basket you have to go back each time and click on vapour liquids - maybe you could rearrange this to continue and be a little faster? :)”

“I started using e liquids for over 2 years and have tried many brands but I always come back to Vapour. The service is outstanding and on the odd occasion when placing a telephone order I have always been met with courtesy and efficiency..their product are of the highest standards and their postal service is super efficient”

“I am writing on behalf of Roy Drysdale and can say that we have been impressed by the courteous and efficient way in which our orders have always been processed. The price reductions have also been very much appreciated but I'm sorry to say that recently there have been several ecigarettes which haven't worked, eight altogether in the last batch. We have nearly got to the end of this delivery now and are hoping that the new supply which came last week, will be OK.”

“The people are very pleasant and helpful and my orders are always delivered very speedily. Also, as a regular customer, I often receive e-mailed discount codes. The one major complaint I have is that they are often out of stock of items which I order regularly; waiting for a week or so is bad enough but this time they are not expecting replacement supplies until mid-August so a delay of six weeks, by which time we will have run out of our own stocks so will have to look for an alternative (or give up vaping!). I don`t think that this is acceptable customer service so they should be looking to their supplier for an explanation and pass this on to us, the customers.”

“Vapour are absolutely amazing. I always buy the tobacco cartomizers every month and have done for the past 4 years. I have tried so many different cartomizers from other companies but I didn’t like them. Vapourlites are great taste and value for your money. They helped me to give up real smoking.
