The people are very pleasant and helpful and my orders are always delivered very speedily. Also, as a regular customer, I often receive e-mailed discount codes. The one major complaint I have is that they are often out of stock of items which I order regularly; waiting for a week or so is bad enough but this time they are not expecting replacement supplies until mid-August so a delay of six weeks, by which time we will have run out of our own stocks so will have to look for an alternative (or give up vaping!). I don`t think that this is acceptable customer service so they should be looking to their supplier for an explanation and pass this on to us, the customers.
