“We have been shopping with vapor for some time without issue. Sadly we received an item with a faulty filter. We rang up and spoke to helpful customer service staff and determined it was faulty and replacement received next day. You can tell a lot about a company about now they handle problems and very happy with the resolution to our problem. Keep up the good work.”

“This company is very easy to deal with. Always super fast delivery. My only gripe is that the T18E coil that came with bundle I ordered was a dud, and left a horrible burnt taste in my mouth. Thankfully there was a spare”
