“A good product, but I have noticed occasionally the re-fills have no content inside the odd one, and because of this I have only rated acceptable”

“The products are of good quality. HOWEVER, the customer service if you have any problems is shocking. For the previous 2 years I have bulk bought the amount I would need for the coming year. Each time the expiry date on the bottles are 12 months from purchase. This time, 20 bottles had an expiry date of May-20, which I received at the end of Feb-20. When I asked for a replacement for these with a longer date, I was refused. The only option was to return these bottles, at my own cost of £4, even though my whole order was £100. There was no discussion and no offer of a free returns label. I am still awaiting a refund for these items. I will not be using this company again. You can decide if you are prepared to accept this service.”

“This wasn’t the product I was looking for but you had been out of stock of the 20mg for a number of weeks so I had to but these ones instead. The customer service was excellent though.”

“Vapour delivers promptly but the 'life' of the coils is VERY variable. the batteries have a better life. I now have six FAILED coils and several 'spare' batteries BUT, with their 'Special offers' one can buy a new EVOD 650( to include the coil and the battery) at half the price of buying just a replacement coil. AMAZING or ? shocking!”

“I would have scored "Very Good" as previous transactions have been seamless, but a couple of weeks ago I wasn't able to use a 25% discount code because the usual 3 for #10 offer on liquid wasn't being applied in my shopping cart. I emailed you twice, but am still waiting for a response :-”

“Ordered my order last week and still haven’t received it as yet. Emailed and staff member said it was being sent out today At last so I will await it’s delivery. Usually very quick delivering. This is the longest I have had to wait so far”

“Normally perfectly happy with my order and have been using this site for a couple of years. The goods are as described and at a fair price. and the postage is extremely quick. I have had 1 problem with an order a few months ago (a replacement battery) which wouldn't work correctly. I contacted the site twice, but never even had an acknowledgment or an apology. Maybe, thecustomer relations needs to be worked on, but other than that 1 incident I have been more than happy with the service.”

“Great products, fast delivery service! Would have been 5* but due to the fact customer service is awful! They never ever reply to emails and If I phone them, I'm lucky if the call is answered. Really is just the customer service that lets them down!”

“The ordering and delivery were fast and efficient. I have yet to use this particular order of cigalikes, but have been very disappointed with the previous 3 orders, all of which contained 3 or more which were totally dud (which actually makes them quite expensive!) Am hoping for better this time...”
