I would have scored "Very Good" as previous transactions have been seamless, but a couple of weeks ago I wasn't able to use a 25% discount code because the usual 3 for #10 offer on liquid wasn't being applied in my shopping cart. I emailed you twice, but am still waiting for a response :-
