“customer service staff , Kingsley & Tracey are always very helpful would be happy to order online but haven't had a loyal customer discount voucher in >12 months concerned about the product Batteries do not seem to last as long as those purchased 24 months ago Refills really don't last very long ,even when immediately capped after a puff, I suspect the no of mg of nicotine fluid has been reduced since I started purchasing”

“I am writing on behalf of Roy Drysdale and can say that we have been impressed by the courteous and efficient way in which our orders have always been processed. The price reductions have also been very much appreciated but I'm sorry to say that recently there have been several ecigarettes which haven't worked, eight altogether in the last batch. We have nearly got to the end of this delivery now and are hoping that the new supply which came last week, will be OK.”

“I have always been very impressed by the products I buy. I have noticed though, since the new packaging for the menthol cartridges that a few of them have not worked when I took them out of the sealed packet. Maybe it was just bad luck but it had never happened to me before the new packaging. Other than that, the price and quality has been great and I was sent new cartridges after emailing Vapour.com. The speed of delivery is brilliant as is the customer service. It is also great to receive regular discount codes. Overall, I would highly recommend their products.”

“I order on a regular basis and have never been disappointed with the delivery service always here in a couple of days. Alto vape cereal oats is a must try flavour one of my favourites. Thanks vapour.”

“Been a customer for at least 4 years.in most part good customer service, although get the odd dud cigalikes refil did ask about battery testing, never did get an answer so I'm constantly recharging and finding they are not holding charge for long. Would however recommend as very good delivery service. And most of all I like the product and it's kept me smoke free for the since May 2014. Thank you.”

“Absolutely brilliant service - I always get what I want, and sent swiftly, plus a tonne of discounts, excellent promotions and great customer care. In terms of service 100% My only complaint is poor site navigation, difficulty browsing products - I have to type in to the search bar exactly what I am looking for, rather than having a simple menu and It would be really neat to have a 'my favourites' - to be easily able to repeat order, rather than having to search each time. However that is only a minor quibble especially when the customer service is so good and the products first rate.”

“Usually very good with delivery but twice now I have had to chase orders as the delivery was not made. Turns out my orders were not posted out to Portugal but were put in the internal UK post. Not impressed when I am relying on the 3 to 4 day delivery time and paying for the service.”
