I have been customer for years would not have wrote this review but twice I have received 2 coils again instead of 2 packs of 5. Customer service is good because they resend free fast delivery genuine coils.

I paid for next day delivery before 3pm but it didn't come next day. This has happened many times now

I try everyday to purchase 0% lemon& peach vuse iPods however they are never in stock that is why I am giving only two stars

Delivery process very slow. checkout process is hard as they accet your charge and then require you to verify your age with sharing your personal data with 3rd party

Ordered quite a few cartridges for my ecig. Website, payment and confirmation email sent all was well and very quick but that’s where it stops (the speed). Took over a week to come even tho it said on the parcel 24hour delivery. I don’t understand the thought process from delivering nearly a week later was exceptable.

I pleased an order on 23rd March and still haven't received it today 2nd April. It was so say shipped on 26th March. Inquired today vie chat to be told it can take up to 10 working days and not 2 to 4 working days as stated on my email.

Second Class post normally takes 2 - 4 working days to arrive, but due to the COVID-19 outbreak it will likely take 3 - 6 working days to arrive as couriers are prioritising the delivery of medical supplies & essential items, so non-essential deliveries like ours take a little longer to arrive unfortunately. eliquid wasn't great, had to mix it with others to make it bearable. they delayed more order too although i paid for ndd. the review discount is not working either

Having ordered some items on a Friday evening for Sunday delivery and not receiving the items before Tuesday of the following week is unacceptable. I paid extra for the special delivery and ended up with the free standard delivery. After twoing and froing with emails I managed to get my postage reimburst to my account. Not the type of service I expected and I will never shop here again.
