“Orders are always delivered incredibly fast and easy to track. Really accurate - I have never received wrong items. Only once was there a batch of faulty coils - but this was rectified immediately.. Great service throughout lockdown and now so reliable that I never buy vape or coils from a shop.”

“I visit the store in Stony Stratford, Bucks. I find the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. The prices are good. a couple of vapes i have bought have failed shortly after purchase so have probably wasted about £60.took one back to the shop in Bletchley and they didn't seem interested which is why i only use stony stratford now. The second vape voo poo x that failed is a design issue on the vape where it leaks and liquid got inside the mod and was giving a short circuit error.”

“It's would be nice if you could do 5 bottles for £10 as a pose too 10 for£20 This would cost you nothing but would increase your customer foot fall, a chance for you to sell more items, and a chance for you loyal but struggling punters, to get a deal?? No brainer really”

“Always very good when I visited the stopsley shop. Have moved to Northamptonshire and still order online. Always satisfied! Had a problem with the battery and contacted for support and never heard back…it seems that when all is going well you are fab! But don’t want to deal with problems!”
