“Vape Town for me is good because I can buy the liquid flavours I like at a reasonable cost. the only thing that bothers me is that when buying my liquids I am no longer informed of how many points I have accrued after making my purchases, this did not used to be the case WHY?”

“Got to admit it Mike, I spend over a hundred pounds a month with you and although I love your products I don't get much in the way of freebies! Point scheme I understand to make us buy, but times are hard for most of us,due to being furloughed. I gave up smoking as it was so expensive. Now I may have to give up vapeing.”

“I have been with vapetown for many years now and have enjoyed superb professional service , I have loved vapetowns cherry menthol over this time , But they have messed around with the mix now and yes flavour is good but ! instead of getting good life out of my coils it has now gone down hill badly and coils are burning out within days so it pains me to say but I have asked about this but have been ignored so far so leads me to be very unhappy indeed leaving me to source another juice ummm”

“The buying experience is actually excellent. The reason they are getting "only" 4 stars is because the login to your account section on they`re website needs severe improvement. I`m sure that one day they will find a good enough back-end developer to fix that for them.”
