“Been given the wrong things occasionally by one employee.. which has been annoying however when Reece is in the customer service has been top class. Also don’t understand the points system and I don’t get any updates as to how many I have which would be handy.”

“My experience with vape town Stopsley village has been a good one. I’ve dealt with both cliff and Sharon on different occasions and found both to be very helpful in my needs at giving up smoking. The shop does have some good deals on at the moment,and has worked out better for me since I’ve stopped using the disposable vapes. All in all I’m very happy with the service and the deal I got with them, I would recommend them 100%”

“What a legend!!!! Kye spent over an hour very patiently teaching me everything I needed to know to make an informed decision about what I needed to switch to vaping to stop smoking. Can't thank him enough, what a minefield of information made understandable. Will be back :)”

“I’ve used vape town for all the years I’ve been vaping and have always found staff to be fantastic. Sadly though there has been one issue that has stuck. Flavour profile description on the website. I bought Next Level Bar Juice kiwi passion guava with the understanding that it had no mint, menthol or cool in it. There’s no mention of it in the website description and Kieron checked for me before I bought it. Today, 2 days later, I put it in a tank with brand new coil and took the first pull. I’m sure I’ve vaped a stronger minty juice but I honestly can’t think when. It blew my head off and had me coughing for ten minutes. So, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR FLAVOUR DESCRIPTION ON THE WEBSITE. The tiny bit of flavour I got under that minty shield seemed nice enough though. Just please drop the mint.”
