“Very helpful staff the guy knew what he was talking about and helped me out a lot regarding what to buy and I'm very happy with the outcome, on smaller purchases they don't add these to your account and you miss out on points, but i am happy with the service”

“I've recently moved around the area of Yeovil, The guys in the store at Yeovil are brilliant, very knowledgeable and helpful, the stock is excellent and I seriously rate the liquids highly! There is more e liquids that they don't stock in the store but online which is a bit of a shame (The Doozy brand for example) but still top marks”

“I enjoy going into the local Vapetown shop, either to buy the regular supplies or to have a touch and feel of the latest mods. The staff are always knowledgeable and happy to explain the details with no pressure to buy, although I often do! Better than online shopping.”

“Always great service at the Barnstaple store. Although I buy everything from this store that I need for vaping, the manager is always very helpful to resolve any problems and goes the extra mile to ensure great service. I had a problem today with my vape and within five minutes he resolved it. That’s how customer loyalty is gained. Brilliant. Thank you”
