“My nearest Vape Town shop is 7 miles away and when I'm in town I go to the shop and the staff are always helpful and friendly. I also order online and the service is equally as good and my order is delivered within 2 days.”

“Great service every time I visit. Knowledge and stock availability is always on point and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else because of that. You even earn points for money off vouchers, so what is there to complain about? Nothing! Thanks guys”

“I was fed up buying just crystal bars so decided to go for a proper vape. I visited the shop and was greeted and given advice on what I was looking for. They helped me with the right device explained how it worked etc and after my purchase I could not be more happier. Great device and flavours. Will be definitely going back there to restock”

“I've been buying the same liquid from Vapetown online for a few years now and I have no need to go anywhere else. Always quick service and a great price too. There's also a loyalty program which saves me a few quid now and then. Well worth checking out if you haven't already. Top marks from me all round.”

“I have bought 10ml vape liquids fromVape town for 7 years, This week I received the wrong order. I spoke to someone via the contact us telephone number and my original order was sent to me that day and it arrived the next. Not only good products at great prices but excellent customer service.”

“Good service. I buy Vape Juice with 1.6% nicotine content elsewhere in 10ml bottles... It's a shame Vape Town won't allow me to buy some 100ml bottles of juice and provide me with the Nicotine to make up the same 1.6% strength. - Until that changes I will continue to buy 10ml bottles of Vape 88 with my desired strength elsewhere.”
