“This is my honest review. Great products and service. I had a couple of staff handling issues on a couple of orders (I order on line at least once a month and have been doing so for many many months). Mistakes happen. We are human. Upon pointing these out, Vape Town kicked in and resolved matters over and above my expectations. I then received an e mail asking for a review. That speaks volumes about a company that wants to serve its customers as best it can. Great organisation to deal with. Customer focussed. I have no intention of going elsewhere.”
