“I purchased a Socialtes E-Cig in June 2023 in Novemeber 2023 it stopped working. I went back to Vapetown in Bletchley Milton Keynes and the assistant got it working. In December 2023 it stopped working again. I went back to the shop and a diferent assistant could not get it working. He tried everything and said he was sorry. I asked for an exchange and he said I was over the 6 month limit for an exchange and could do nothing for me. i do not consider this a satisfactory conclusion to my enquiry”

“I've ordered from Vape Town since 2018 in which im satisfied with every order i made. Prices are afforadle, Juices i use taste nice and the loyalty scheme to collect points for money off is a little bonus! I always opt for the royal mail free delivery in which my orders come before expected.”

“I used my points to buy two own brand disposable vapes so paid just £3-50 for two vapes they were delivered next day and even at full price around £2.50 each are very good value for money. I'm very impressed !”
