“Not a happy customer at all, the last 3 times we have gone into the store in North Street they haven't had any stock of the Virginia tobacco 12mg or 6mg the sales assistant even told me that someone had even been into the store from Bletchley, he couldnt tell me when the stock would be back in store as there is none in the warehouse”

“I received my parcel that had an item missing, so I emailed and asked if it was being delivered in another parcel and they were so quick to get back to me and immediately rectified the issue and I had the rest of my order the next day. Fantastic service, 10/10 would recommend!”
