“I’m very frustrated at the fact that all my loyalty point that I had earned whilst shopping with vape town as not been honoured at your end since you have changed your computer system. Loyalty works both ways and I am now thinking of ordering on line with another company since this is the 3rd time that I have complained to a member of your staff and still nothing as been done .”

“Always friendly staff when I go in. What was nice was that I was remembered. I left the shop about 20 mins after I went in as we had a good chat. Nice that someone takes the time to have a chat.”

“The lady was extremely helpful. She helped me find a vap that is easy to use. I would tell everyone to go to Stony Stratford as nothing is a problem for them. I am really pleased with my vap”

“very good product, great quality excellent availability good price good reward system I use bubblegum, I mix 6mg with 12mg to produce 9mg that suits my needs. It would be nice if you could make a 9mg option. kind regards Steve A ( a very happy customer)”
