“I take no pleasure in writing this today but I am still waiting to receive my products. Today is day 6 & still nothing. This us very unlike vape town. I have emailed once & got a reply. No reply to my email today as yet 🙁”

“Unfortunately 6 x nicotine shots not supplied as per normal. I contacted through the vape town contact form on the website over 24hrs ago and have heard nothing as yet. I have placed numerous orders with yourselves now and nic shots are always included - did I do something wrong this time? Look forward to hearing from you.”

“Hi I purchased this from vape town yesterday and I bought the flavoured liquid. I’m genuinely very disappointed with the service I received it was poor and poor product knowledge. I went for a new Vape mod and the one they opened she said it had a coil already in it. I decided to go for the newer one as it’s brand new and hygiene reasons. As I did the instoor set up she refilled my vape and it poured all over the vape as it had no liquid. They didn’t know the difference between 70/30 and 50/50 liquids. I’m displeased Becayse it was a new vape and now with the level of leak it’s ruined the buttons.”
