“Came in explaining how I hadn’t the slightest idea what I needed or wanted apart from the fact it was to stop smoking. I was given so much information and shown different vapes to suit my needs. Staff were so attentive and friendly and I’m now on day 5 of no smoking so I thank you so much for the beginning of my journey!”

“I love your Products but have been forced to go to one of your many competitors as twice Royal Mail have let you down. 2 of my orders have taken more than 3 days to be delivered, on one occasion it was 6 days where fair play to your company you refunded the delivery cost! I am having to order a week before I run out of vape liquid, if I do run low by mistake I use another company who do a local delivery service, same day! Your company has good quality products and good customer service but your choice in delivery company is not so good.”
