“I purchased an Aspire K3 Kit from their Bletchley store and had a little issue with the product, the charging dock was faulty… Vape Town have their own company policy which is fine and I was very happy how Jamie at their head office helped me in getting this issue resolved, I went back to the store as instructed and Hunter who assisted me sorted everything out and I left feeling very happy with the service I had received, I will continue to use them as the staff are very friendly and helpful, highly recommend, the service I have always revived has always been 10/10, keep it up and thank you.”

“4 K3 batteries failed in three months, with same problem i.e charging. Only one replaced, which took over a month. This cost me £100 in all. I don't think they are fit for purpose. They are difficult to complain to as this email address doesn't work and neither does the one displayed on the shop door. I've given one star as the staff in the shop are very good.”

“I wasn’t sure which vape shop to visit as Bletchley has a few. I wanted to start vaping to help quit smoking. I didn’t want a cultural lesson on vaping just good advice, and that’s what I got. They were interested in what I wanted to get from a device and made suggestions based on that, not price or personal preference. I was treated with the upmost respect, despite my obvious ignorance and uncertainty. I’m a few weeks in now and have made a couple of trips back to the store to change unopened bottles of juice as I find what I like and what I don’t, without hesitation the staff accept the change and replace them for alternative flavors. All of my purchases have been great value for money and I have always been treated with a professional, friendly and well informed approach. I have nothing negative to say about the experience and wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone thinking about vaping.”
