“I bought a vape set from this shop couple of days ago, including a device, pod, and 5 liquids (£30 total). As soon as I set it up at home, I got a mouthful of liquid. The next day, all the liquid had leaked out onto my kitchen counter. When I returned to the shop, I was told the pod was faulty, not the device, even though it was sold to me as part of a set. The staff member cleaned it, refilled it, and told me to try it again — and once again I got a mouthful of liquid. After repeating the same steps and getting another mouthful, I was told there was “nothing they could do” and that I had to buy a new pod myself. I explained that the pod should be replaced as part of the faulty set I purchased, but they refused. I’m now £20 down with a vape I can’t use and liquids I can’t use. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. Would not recommend based on this experience.”

“I have used the outlet in Barnstaple for the last 6 years and never had a problem. I recently wanted to replace an old vape, only to find it had gone out of production. The gentleman explained the pro's and con's of similar alternatives, and recommended the Vaporesso XROS Pro2. It's the best vape I've found in 12 years. Thank you and may your staff continue to be as friendly and helpful as I've found them to date.”
