“I have been a vapetown customer for a few years now and I have never found any reason to go anywhere else for my supplies the staff in the shop at Weymouth are always friendly and helpful giving me good advice and sometimes recommendations if I need them. I also order stuff online from time to time and have found this to be an excellent service too This week I ordered some juice online and the wrong stuff was delivered I emailed just to point this out really I said that I was ok with what received but would have preferred what I had actually ordered lo and behold the flavour that I had ordered showed up a couple of days later thank you that is what I call customer service. Also this week my mod packed up so I was looking to purchase another I looked online but was a bit nervous about buying one without Brett or Marks advice then I found out that the shop is open for click and collect so I phoned and spoke to Brett and he provided me with the advice that I needed on the phone enabling me to order what I needed and collect it from the shop. Very pleased indeed great service all round keep up the good work👏👏. Kind regards Brian”
