“Normally I don't have a issue with vape town orders, however this time round when I brought 2x 200ml of vape juice and chose 3mg of nicotine, you normally get a total of 8 nicotine shot bottles, 2 per 100ml however this time I only received 7, it's no issue as I had a spare laying around luckily. But just be sure to check your order when It arrives and not leave it sitting for a few days like I did🤦‍♂️”

“I have been a Yeovil Vape Town customer for a number of years. I cannot praise the staff highly enough - they are always super helpful and go above and beyond to help you. Even in the COVID environment they still manage to make you feel like an important customer regardless of what you need or problem you have. Great Team”

“Hello, I received the my order as described. Unfortunately it wasn’t working properly. I emailed you with my issue. Mike emailed me back and kindly said to visit my local shop, which I did in Barnstaple. The guy was extremely helpful and very approachable, although he didn’t know about my issue, he said he hadn’t been contacted, so I showed him my emails from Mike. My vape was repaired very quickly. It is the best vape I’ve ever used. I feel that I should be recompensed for my time wasted. Otherwise really happy customer. Best regards Jackie”
