“Excellent customer service. Served by Tym. He was extremely helpful with explaining the different kits etc and explained how different types of nicotine works. Showed me how to use my chosen kit and then talked me through the different strengths of juices. Very helpful and very friendly. Nothing seemed to be a silly question and he explained everything in a way I could understand.”

“I was very happy with the service that was provided by the shop staff. I had been a smoker for 44 years and had a few previous failed attempts at quitting. This is my first time using a vape and with the help of the shop staff I have so far done 6 weeks smoke free. I don't intend to smoke again.”
