“Will not be shopping with you from now on as I was given salt nick and the guy I buy from knows I don't use it but I did not notice used it in one bottle of juice and as soon as I had taken on drag it killed my mouth I looked a nick shoot seen its salt nick and had taken it back to the shop as I buy 2 at a time he change 2 nick shoots and would not do anything about the one I had used I had mixed it and used one tanks worth but did not want to know or heard me our so I got what I needed for the last time and left I have liked using you people's shop but that's it for me I'll go some where else that helps more for there customers”

“When I entered the shop in Barnstaple, your member of staff was on his phone and did not look up until I initiated a conversation. I made a purchase and asked for some advice on a product I’d purchased a week before ,and was made to feel like an idiot for asking a simple question. Vape town is not the only place I could go to in the town. It’s definitely made me think about going to a rival store.”
