“I have the best experience with Vape town compared to other vape companies that I've gone to in the past, the staff are super understanding and friendly, they try their best to help with any questions and the online service is great especially during covid!”

“Been purchasing for 2 or more years but last week asked if I could use my reward points, I was told I only have 54 points and need 200 points. Even though I always inform when making a purchase with email address or mobile number the staff may not be adding the points on. Point system virtually worthless, I'm considering switching to old smoke vapes as they also serve coffee and have comfortable seating arrangement.”
