“Very annoying I rang to purchase the quote I had received on line yesterday and was given a different price, then the consultant said there was a problem and she would phone me back in a few minutes! 30 mins later stil no call so I did it myself online, paid more but was so frustrated by then I didn't care, then she phoned me at lunch time and seemed quite irritated that I couldn't talk as I was on a training course. I then got a text to call about the insurance thus morning so I did and was told there was no need for me to call, have I made the right decision?????”
