“Shocking service. Absolute shambles. Took out a policy online. Constant phone calls from different personnel wanting to validate details despite having already spoken to them. Decided to cancel policy and even though it hadn't actually started and was within the 14 day cooling off period, they wanted to charge me! Representative I spoke to to cancel was fractious and inflexible. Avoid!!”

“It is a shame I have to say poor as its probably not his fault, but several days after paying in full for my van insurance, no receipt, no Cover note nothing to say I am insured to drive my van, even though I was told it will be emailed out to me straight away?”

“Telephone operators don't record facts correctly in order to give you a cheaper quotation, once they take payment they change what the customer has said and what they have promised and then make extra charges for their inadequacy, and if you refuse to pay they threaten to CANCEL YOUR POLICY if you DON'T PAY THE EXTRA CHARGE. Very disappointed will not renew with Van Line Direct and WILL NOT RECOMMEND”
