Telephone operators don't record facts correctly in order to give you a cheaper quotation, once they take payment they change what the customer has said and what they have promised and then make extra charges for their inadequacy, and if you refuse to pay they threaten to CANCEL YOUR POLICY if you DON'T PAY THE EXTRA CHARGE.
Very disappointed will not renew with Van Line Direct and WILL NOT RECOMMEND
