“The only thing that I have to fault is, that as the WOCA video shows the man is applying the oil maintenance using a spray head screwed to the bottle which is very handy, however, the bottle I received did not come with it.”

“Eventually i managed to buy a 20xbox of sika bond T52 sausages and a 25m2 roll of sika mat via a Google list. [you were about 10th on the list and the third i tried] I phoned to check that you had the sika bond and the lady was helpful. I then phoned to check on the sika mat and the man was helpful. The orders were confirmed by e-mail very efficiently on 3 march. So far everything is OK. The only problem was a glitch between you and the carriers APC. The orders were due to be delivered on 7 March. At the time this was not convenient so i changed the date on-line to 8 march. The items have just been delivered today, the 7th. it was fortunate I was in because my wife had sprained her ankle and we had to cancel our previous appointment. Otherwise this might have caused a problem because the items have to signed for. So you need to check up that your delivery system is fit for purpose.”

“Had problems logging in to my pay pal account so contacted Vanilla direct via the phone dealt with my order quickly and without any hassle. And my order arrived the following day at roughly the time stated in the Email the delivery company sent me. Very good service.”

“Great customer service and quick delivery. The item I received was slightly different to the picture as advertised on the website and the SKU listed was giving an odd message when I tried to add to basket (more of an in house message than one I could understand to mean out of stock).....so more work on the website needed maybe? The item did the job but it could have been an expensive mistake. That said it was very good quality.”
