“I am very pleased with the product I bought and the service from Vanilla Wood Floors. However on delivery, the tin of oil was quite badly dented. The packaging was intact so it had not been dented in transit so the dented tin must have been despatched by Vanilla. I did not expect to be sent a dented tin. I was concerned that the lid looked slightly lifted but fortunately the product seems to be ok and I will be using the whole tin quite quickly so will not need to store it.”

Many thanks for your order and for taking the time to leave feedback. We are glad that you were happy with the product and service and sorry that your tin of Osmo arrived dented. 100% we would not have sent out a dented tin as we reject any items that arrive damaged from our suppliers and we package items as carefully as possible to avoid damage, so absolutely this dent would have happened in transit. It is possible that as there was a brush also in with the tin, that this may have been jarred into it causing the dent without damage to the box, This will give us something to consider when boxing brushes in with 0.75L tins.
