“I have dealt with Vanilla wood floors before and their products are excellent. very helpful and can't do enough for you. my only advice would be to them is to change the delivery company they use for weekend delivery as they didn't deliver when they should off. But vanilla wood floors were very quick to rectify this problem and sort out.”

“The lady who took my call was first class she was efficient and knowledgeable about the products and helped me order the 2 I required. The delivery company managed to deliver 2 days late, they did not attempt a delivery on the date and time their tracking system advised as I was waiting at home waiting for an appointment at that time.”

“My parcel came on time and was in perfect condition. The Osmo paint is the best for covering wooden floor and I have been using it for many years with no complaints. What it claims it does is just what it does do unlike many other similar paints. Well done Osmo.”
