“Massively over charged for my insurance called in to amend it and was told I would have to pay almost £200 to cancel it I'm hung over a barrel with no way out and paying well over the odds conned by my automatic renewal price, I trusted the price and company very let down won't use again”

Good evening Mr Cantlon, Thank you for your feedback we do appreciate it. I have had a look into your case and as stated in our terms of business, for any changes made to your Insurance after inception there will be an administration fee playable as well as an Insurer charge for the risk details changing from what they originally were and for the cancellation of the policy. In this instance your information provided at inception were incorrect which resulted in the premium being increased to match.
