“Many thanks to Florence Dantjies for your patience in dealing with my insurance renewal. My hearing difficulty, although I do use hearing aids does still cause some problems over the phone and it is very much appreciated when someone is helpful and patient when communication becomes difficult. “Not happy at all. I provided my driving license check code on the call and have just seen an email saying my insurance is going to be canceled because I have not provided this. Shocking!”
