“I ordered my windows from van pimps. Quick delivery, however one of the windows was scratched. I emailed and without any problems I was sent another window within a few days. Can't fault the service and my windows look awesome. Thanks guys”

“Do not buy windows from this company! First window turned up completely broken. Replacement ended up being 'lost' by DHL. It took them multiple emails, over the course of a week to finally send out a second replacement. Finally arrives but the glass is not straight and doesn't fit flush with van. Badly made product and awful customer service.”

Hi Lauren, We're sorry to hear that your replacement windows isn't as you were expecting. We understand that it can be frustrating to experience an issue like that after having one window break in transit and the second parcel being lost by our courier DHL. We deliver 100s of pieces of glass each week without issue and can't apologise enough that yours isn't as you had expected. “Excellent service kept updated about delivery and was delivered on time.bonnet cover was very steady looks brilliant. Video provided explaining how to fix very handy. Also ordered a steering wheel cover video on how to fix was very good. Highly recommend thank you vanPimps. Will be using again and recommend to friends”

“Bought a set of curtains for my Sprinter van. The behind the drivers seat curtains and associated fittings were perfect whereas the behind the passenger seat curtain set was not as good. The rails that are required don't fit, they are too short and Van Pimps customer service seemed to think that it is OK to ask the customer to straighten the rail so that it does fit. They accept that the rails need to be modified by the customer but can't seem to understand that if the curtain set was (as advertised) made to be van type and size specific then they shouldn't need to be modified by the customer - they should fit. I had to straighten the rails that were supplied and this was not a straightforward or simple task. Come on Van Pimps, make sure that the rails supplied actually fit without the requirement to modify them”

Hi Robert, We're sorry to hear that you are not 100% happy with the curtain kit you have received. All of our side window curtains are made to be panel specific, however due to some of the vehicles having different variations, it may be necessary to slightly modify a curtain rail to achieve a perfect fit. We do state in the product description that modification may be necessary. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused, however we are glad that you managed to get this sorted and the curtain kit installed in your van. Kind regards, VanPimps.
