“Had an issue with ordering the wrong windows and one was damaged, van pimps where there with a replacement window within days and resent the correct barn door windows. Quality of goods is outstanding and like wise customer service, I will be back, keep up the good work.”

“Delivery was quck. the product itself was absolutely wonderful and looked good in my van. but trying to explain to customer services that van pimps had mistakenly sent me two single seat covers and not a twin passenger seat cover. the customer services was shocking. they were clearly not listening or reading my emails.”

Good afternoon Sharon, Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at our system and I can see you have been corresponding with our customer services department. You have a VW T5 Transporter 05 and you have ordered Transit Custom 2013 - 2020 Stealth Seat Covers, although you may be able to fit the driver's seat cover, these will not fit your T5 Transporter and our seat covers are made to fit specific vans. If you wish to return your goods, we will of course direct you to the correct seat covers for your van. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“Super quick delivery, Windows fitted easily, amazing how much protection from people looking in, yet very clear looking out! Only 4 stars as I would have hoped that when I ordered 2 rear windows (as a set) and 2 lots of trim that you might have told me that 1 length of trim was sufficient for both, saving me £15 and not having a redundant piece of trim laying around. Otherwise great!”

“Ordered windows for a Mercedes’ Vito arrived quickly but unfortunately during transit they broke. No problem called Vanpimps and emailed and another set were sent quickly no quibbles. The windows look amazing!”

“Look really good on my fiat ducato vline camper , matches the smoked plastic windows on the camper , easy to fit they are a lot more flexible than I thought which made them easy to fit”

“Good products except for the sprinter sliding door curtain kit, this is the only thing I have been disappointed in, the rails are to short to fit the window correctly and they are bent incorrectly so you have to straighten them to fit, I had to take mine off and refit a number of times to get them to fit nearly correctly this led to me breaking the window trying to Re-drill the holes for the runners I had to buy another window to replace the broken one shame really as everything else is good and delivery is quick.”

“Service and product fine, but THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS ARE PART OF THE UK MAINLAND!!! Especially when using Royal Mail… so why the delivery surcharge?”

Good morning, Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at your order and I can see that you have been charged the correct amount for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48HR. You have not been charged a surcharge for where you are situated and the delivery charge is worked out based on the products and delivery postcode. “Inaccurate description of items on website. Ordered seat covers for a Vivaro 2016 supposed to fit all models after 2014 with double passenger seat. On pictures shows that it firsydouble seat and not two single passenger seats. Received seat covers that are for two individual passenger seats. Impossible to fit them. Have to be returned and get something different. Customer services don't answer the phone. Trying to sort out the return and get a refund. No reply as to when will get the refund back and left 150£ sort.”

I have taken a look in our customer services department and I can see that you contacted us on Sunday evening and we replied to you on Monday morning. We apologise that the seat covers are not suitable for your vehicle and we are currently in the process of updating the website with the correct images and information. “The swivel seat base I ordered was delivered very quickly, packaging was slightly damaged but the seat base was intact with no damage. The only downside was that all of the instructions were in German. Not a major issue as I figured out the fitting of it via youtube videos.”
