“Fantastic item well worth the money, the only thing I might add for the sellers benefit, two suction pads in the middle at top and bottom, where there is only one at present. But a great great item thank you.”

“Extremely disappointed with my most recent order, granted it may have been a courier issue as goods were delivered damaged and not fit for purpose, which had a knock on effect on my own business. The staff at vanpimps were supportive of my situation however we're unable to redeliver goods in time to meet my deadline. Future purchases will require ordering a month in advance.”

Hello, We do apologise you had received your items damaged. I have looked into this and can see you had refused delivery and sent us an email regarding this on Friday. As the delivery was refused we have to wait for the item to get back to ourselves to look into this further. Our customer service team will reach out to yourself as soon as the items have arrived back to us regarding the next steps. Unfortunately as we are courier dependant, some damages can occur during transit. We do ask customers allow time between receiving their order and booking in for fitting in case any damages have occurred in transit as this allows us the appropriate amount of time to get the issue resolved. We do apologise for the inconvenience caused. VanPimps.

“Customer service and contact is very good, products (seat covers) very good, however the set delivered for my 2017 transit custom had an issue whereby the double seat back has an opening for the seatbelt housing which was way too small and the join for the zip was way off. They were returned to compare but Vanpimps decided to refund. I really wanted a solution to keep the covers.”
