“Spoke to Ollie in Customer Service and he was brilliant. Was able to answer all my questions. Ordered late on Tuesday, windows were here Thursday morning. Fantastic product, delivery and service. Would highly recommend VanPimps to anyone.”

“Really pleased with the glass and the service. My first window arrived within 48h unfortunately it had been smashed in transit😩 but after a quick phone call, a replacement arrived 48h later thankfully in one piece.”

“Very fast delivery,ordered on the monday delivered on the Tuesday , the quality of the glass panels is second to none,supplied with full fitting kit which was very easy to apply, first time i have done this type of work and all both side windows with sliding vent were fitted in less than 2 hours. I will definatley buy from Van Pimps again.”

Hi John, thanks for your 5 star product reviews, however I'm disappointed you criticised our customer service for not helping to load your vehicle. In normal circumstances our team always load customers vehicles for them however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have guidance on our website that clearly states our current 'click and collect' policy, this is to protect both our customers and our staff. Sorry we couldn't load your vehicle but once the social distancing is relaxed we will get back to loading vehicles as normal, our current policy for click and collect is below: --- ***Update 13/05/2020*** Hi everyone, We are happy to announce that the Click & Collect option is now available again on our website. However due to the current COVID-19 situation, you will need to inform us when you plan on collecting your order using the order notes box available during checkout. As we are doing our best to stick to social distancing rules whilst still offering the best service possible, our reception area is still closed so you will need to give us a call on 0800 292 2005 and inform a member of our team that you are at our premises to collect your order (please have your order number handy as we will use this to check your goods are ready). A member of our team will then bring your order onto our forecourt and leave it there for you to take away. --- Thanks for your order John, I hope the above clarifies for you why we seemed less helpful than normal.
