“Great service, ordered the transit custom complete window set, called me the next day as side opening windows were on back order to inform me they were in and ready to collect. By far cheaper than anyone else and great quality”

“Products I’ve bought from you all good...to pay nearly £6.00 for a two day delivery and then tell me it’s outwith your control when it does not arrive is handing YOUR business to someone else....sorry guys but I’m out !!!!!”

Hello Martin, We do apologies for any delays in you receiving your order. Unfortunately because we are courier dependant with our deliveries we cannot guarantee that a delivery will be made within the time frame advised, this is outlined in our terms and conditions stating: 4.1 Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address nominated by you at the time of ordering. Time is not of the essence for delivery of any Goods under this Agreement. “Great company/ good comms /quick delivery/ Brilliant windows. Only problem the windows package look like it had been a war zone all cupboard rip. Did ring customer service Which were very helpful.windows all fitted now. Very happy.”

“Received the incorrect product to what I ordered, sent email a number of times and all I'm getting is automated response that is not helping. Not impressed with customers service after vanpimps error. Still no refund.”

Hello Darren, We do apologies for any inconvenience caused. I can see you contacted ourselves on the 6th of April and you were asked to send in some images of the issues you were having. You were then asked again to send in images of your issue on the 13th of April in response to your email wanting a refund. We ask for these images as it makes it easier for our customer service team to look into what you have received in comparison to what was ordered. You then sent your images in on the 17th of April. Our customer service team are now working hard to get through their emails and you should have a reply regarding your issue imminently. Once again we do apologies for the inconvenience caused. “windows arrive broken incorrect to the order or don't have in stock take at least 3 days to arrive worst mistake this company ever made was to get rid of there drivers that's what made them better than the rivals now it's cheaper to order off ebay it seems the care more about other products than windows”
