“After a mess up by the courier to the wrong address and also damaged van pimps were brilliant at sorting it out by sending another to replace it and keeping me informed as what was going on Thanks vanpimps 1st class service Gary”

“Ordered some universal fitting Windows but some parts was missing when they arrived. Contacted VP and sorted them and sent them to. We all mistakes happen and things don't go to plan. But their customer care team are great will definitely be using VP again 👍”

“I bought a bonnet bumper and although I havnt fitted it yet, it does look good. I would say though the delivery was quick and the guy who delivered it (it said Darren on the package) was excellent, took the time to stop and chat about the van”

“There are companies that take money and send an item and forget about customer service. This company goes above and beyond and is an excellent one to deal with. You will get what you ordered and if there is an issue, it is resolved quickly, efficiently and politely. Superb company to deal with”

“Hi Guys, more of a question really. I've fitted the rails and now the curtains but looking at other people's applications I'm not sure my curtains are long enough. I have 600mm long curtains but have to stretch them to 700mm to put the bottom runners in the rails. Is this correct? happy New Year Richie”

“Hi the window leaks the seals are not the greatest but that is not vinpimps doing its the design of the window trying to sort out as can not continue building van until sorted out”
