“If you are thinking of using van pimps, I can't fault them. I have used them a few times and they where spot on, very helpful and I would use them any time, If I need anything they have, so long as they sell it and I have got the money to do so. I don't bother with reviews because a lot of them are fake or altered but these people where very good to me and a got exactly what I wanted. Thanks for the customer service at van pimps, it's how it should be. From Robert in Leicester.”

“Very disappointed.. Ordered some wind deflectors was sent the wrong one..customer services don't want to help its down to me to send back at my expense... Shame I will send back all the other items and never use you again.. I thought the customer is all ways right.”

Hello Mark,   I have taken a look into this and unfortunately the incorrect item was ordered and we have fulfilled your order as per the items purchased. We haven’t sent you the incorrect item.   I feel it is unfair to say that our customer services team were unhelpful with your request as they did help you out in regards to your bonnet bra, and we have already said that we will swap your wind deflectors over for the correct set. We won’t however be able to arrange a collection for the unwanted goods. This is something that is stated in our T&Cs which were agreed to upon placing your order.   I can see that you have filled out the Returns Authorisation Form and that our customer services team have already sent you details on how to return the item.   Kind regards,  VanPimps.

“I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I have received! Helped make sure of the model of my vehicle was correct before ordering the glass. Turned up next day even though it said 2 days delivery. Had a slight defect but was resolved straight away! Will be back ordering again for the next conversion we start soon! Keep up the great service guys!!”

“I bought front mudflats for my Transit Custom when they arrived they were only "universal fit" and not OE pattern parts so did not fit. Van Pimps accepted the return without quibble. I am now waiting to see if they refund the postage”
