“We are absolutely thrilled with the service received from Van Pimps! The delivery was fast and friendly. The window has already been commented on as "looking really good" by a neighbour. The quality of the window shows. We used the knock on edging which gives a lovely clean finish on the inside and the fixing kit was easy to use. 10/10!”

“After a long search for what I wanted, I came across van pimps windows. Very quick delivery to my remote location in the Isle of Man. Great quality products. Very easy to fit. Look great. Definitely recommend. Exceptional price too. 5star van pimps.”

“Ordered two windows for the back of my van (camper conversion). they arrived much quicker than expected and the windows are good quality, the fitting kit was also good quality. i bought a side window from Van deamon and the fitting kit was not as a good, window similar quality but packaged much better.. If van pimps improved the packaging of the windows (bear in mind they were not damaged at all) then it would be all round great.”

Hi Remy, Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you are happy with the products and service that you received from us. I have taken a look into the packaging side of your order and can see that your order was delivered on one of our own delivery vehicle by one of our drivers. All of our delivery vehicles have custom racking in the back to securely hold the glass in place whilst in transit, this would be why your windows were received with minimal packaging (blue edging to protect the edges of the glass). “I don't normally write any reviews, but i feel very strongly about this that i just had to say my piece. My advice would be, don't buy anything as the company will not try and be understanding to your situation. I collected a set of seat covers on the 16th March as i was in the area (normally i am over an hour each way) I got home and saw a set which was very similar, if not exactly the same on another site for less than half the price, i asked if they could price match or i could return for a refund. I was told i could return them for a refund which i did on Monday 18th by UK Mail courier and they received them on Tuesday 19th BUT they would not refund me over the phone or by cheque or even bank transfer as i had originally paid in cash. They did not care i was over an hour each way to collect my refund, they have just kept telling me the only way i will get my refund is to make a special trip back to them to collect it? The figure i paid was £155.39, so as you can imagine, i need it back! I own my own business and if somebody had visited us from a different part of the country while in the area, i would try my best to accommodate their wishes, if they lived that far away that they could not collect their refund, i would refund by another source, just as good business sense and to look after my customer. THEY WILL NOT DO SO, THEY ARE ADAMANT I HAVE TO RE-VISIT OR WILL GET NO REFUND END OFF. GREAT CUSTER SERVICE RIGHT HERE.”

Hello,   Thank you for your review. When you initially contacted us regarding the return and refund of the products you purchased, we informed you that we would need to refund you in person as we issue refunds in the same payment method as they were paid for, as do many shops where goods are purchased in person. Alternatively we offered the option to have a credit for the goods.   This information was provided before you had sent the products back to us, however the goods were still sent back to us. When we spoke to you over the phone we also offered to extend the right to reject period so that you had more time to accomodate bringing the items back to us.   We’re sorry that you felt the need to leave us a 1 star review.
