“ordered some side steps for ford ranger and told that bolt holes would be on chasis to fit straight on.there were no bolt holes and had to pay to get them fitted,bit of a let down when the site states fits all ford rangers,simple to fit,no drilling.This should be taken off your site.Also no fitting instructions enclosed.”

“I live in Bournemouth & Van Pimps was the only company i found prepared to bulk buy the Renaut Trafic driver side sliding window i was after in order to sell me just one,i found this window extremely hard to come by other than ridiculous main dealer prices of course, Initially i was sent the wrong glass but suspect this was due to Van pimps moving to larger premises & getting properly organised, None the less the 2 members of staff i spoke to were polite, well mannered & i was treated fairly & professionally & i recieved my window all in the goodness of time. Yes i reassuringly i will be using Van Pimps again when i can afford tart up my van further. very pleased,many thanks and cheers. Nick Ross”

“Regarding my order for Vito van parts. I have not received the whole order although it has been paid for and no reasons been given for the delay. The parts that were received do not fit exactly. The adhesive tape for securing the mirror backs is not adequate they have both fallen off when closing the doors. I have had to use more adhesive to secure them properly!!”

“Brilliant! Everything was first class from the chap on the phone who answered my question, through the easy online purchase system, to the ridiculously speedy delivery. The parts I ordered for my Ford Ranger are exactly as described and exactly what I wanted. They look great, fitted easy enough (side bars brackets needed a bit of creativity, but that was due to the truck not the product). I have been reccomending this company on the Ford Ranger forum on facebook and so hopefully you guys will get some much deserved business from that. Thanks! Tony”

“Excellent, quick and efficient service. Had a brief problem finding the holes in the van for the side rails but email contact with Van Pimps soon rectified that. Possibly slightly clearer instructions would help. The van looks great with the rails, roof bars and bonnet bra! Thanks”
