“As described and arrived very quickly. Fitting instructions could have done with a bit more detail like how much glue to use and perhaps a template for cutting the hole. I found a YouTube video of the process step by step which was very helpful. I would buy from here again.”

“I purchased a pair of opening rear windows for my Transit Custom. I received them within 2 day! Unfortunately one of the windows was scratched. I was first asked to send pictures of the damage which i did the following morning. I then tried the whole of the day to contact them to arrange delivery of replacement. Van Pimps informed that it was company policy for the damaged window be returned prior to a replacement being dispatched unless I purchased another one and receive a refund once they received the damaged one. In my opinion customer satisfaction should come first! Thankfully Ollie (customer services) was able to arrange a door step exchange. Windows are great and I couldn't have found cheaper. Many thank Ollie!”

“Put two seperate orders into van pimps and unfortunately the first was damaged in transit. They were only too happy to send a replacement out which arrived pretty quickly. The second order was fine on arrival”

“Haven't fitted the window yet but it looks good and arrived in a reasonable amount off time. However the packaging was a bit shoddy, I guess I was lucky it wasn't damaged. There must be better ways of sending windows out.”

“Sent wrong size, did not reply to my timing email. Asked for morning delivery didn’t reply and received late afternoon delivery. Won’t be using van pimps and defiantly won’t recommend. Also did not give any form of reduction or compensation as I lost 3 days of work”

Hi Shahid, we are sorry your order was delivered in the afternoon as opposed to the morning, we delivered this item on our own van but the driver hit traffic on the M6 which made his route delayed. “The product it's self was ok but the way you were expected to fit it (sponges). Come on. surely there must be a better way . As the sponges are loose at one end on the longer ones.”
