“Good products except for the sprinter sliding door curtain kit, this is the only thing I have been disappointed in, the rails are to short to fit the window correctly and they are bent incorrectly so you have to straighten them to fit, I had to take mine off and refit a number of times to get them to fit nearly correctly this led to me breaking the window trying to Re-drill the holes for the runners I had to buy another window to replace the broken one shame really as everything else is good and delivery is quick.”

“Service and product fine, but THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS ARE PART OF THE UK MAINLAND!!! Especially when using Royal Mail… so why the delivery surcharge?”

Good morning, Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at your order and I can see that you have been charged the correct amount for delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48HR. You have not been charged a surcharge for where you are situated and the delivery charge is worked out based on the products and delivery postcode. “Inaccurate description of items on website. Ordered seat covers for a Vivaro 2016 supposed to fit all models after 2014 with double passenger seat. On pictures shows that it firsydouble seat and not two single passenger seats. Received seat covers that are for two individual passenger seats. Impossible to fit them. Have to be returned and get something different. Customer services don't answer the phone. Trying to sort out the return and get a refund. No reply as to when will get the refund back and left 150£ sort.”

“The swivel seat base I ordered was delivered very quickly, packaging was slightly damaged but the seat base was intact with no damage. The only downside was that all of the instructions were in German. Not a major issue as I figured out the fitting of it via youtube videos.”

“I am on my second motorhome conversion, you suppiled windows for both delighted with quality and service, I also have ordered and received carpet quality is good too, down side not impressed how it was dispached had no packaging, and arrived in a crumpled mess, will still use you again in furture hope this helps t taylor”

“Brilliant windows for my van. Came with everything needed to fit. Packaged well and very reasonable postage costs considering I am on an island in Scotland, and very fast delivery too. Windows and postage much cheaper than other providers. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again! Brilliant service and products at a great price!”
